„Bitte keine Flyers hinlegen!“ Dieser Satz sorgt für Verärgerung unter den Studierenden. Sozialdisziplinierung oder einfach ein Aufruf zur Mithilfe? Wer steht dahinter? Der Fachhochblog geht der Sache auf den Grund.
Auf der Wiese, im Zentrum des FHS-Geländes fand soeben ein Weihnachtsbaum sein temporäres Zuhause. „Ist es schon wieder soweit?“, schiesst es durch den Kopf. Doch was seit kurzem die Gemüter der Studierenden wirklich erhitzt, ist eine Dekoration ganz anderer Art. Kleine Schilder mit der Aufschrift „Bitte keine Flyers hinlegen!“. Man findet sie beispielsweise auf dem grossen, schwarzen Korpus in der Cafeteria.
“Schwachsinn”
„Ich fühle mich übergangen!“, meint die Studentin B.T. auf die Frage nach den Schildern. Ihr fehle der Dialog. Mit den Studierenden habe niemand darüber gesprochen. Dies sei Sozialdisziplinierung, meint B.T. weiter. Auch erstaune sie, dass auf den Korpussen zwar offizielle Flyer der Schule zu finden sind, solche von Studierenden aber nicht. Doris Kobelt, ebenfalls Studentin, irritieren die Schilder: „Wer steht hinter dieser Aktion? Die Schule? Der Hauswart?“ Dies sei nicht ersichtlich, so Doris Kobelt. Auch der Student M.A. findet es Schwachsinn, dass man keine Flyer mehr auflegen dürfe. „Die schwarzen Korpusse sind neuralgische Punkte für den Informationsfluss unter den Studierenden.“
Nachgefragt…
Na dann, wollen wir mal sehen. Ein Selbstversuch in zivilem Ungehorsam zeigt, dass die Missachtung der Bitte nicht toleriert wird und die, des Autoren platzierten Flyer schon nach kurzer Zeit entfernt werden. Jemand der zu den Schildern und der dazu gehörigen Politik etwas weiss, ist der neue Hauswart Beat Ursprung. Er ist seit April dieses Jahres Hauswart an der FHS.

Beat Ursprung: „Es soll kein Verbot sein! Ich verstehe den Ärger der Studierenden. Es sind die Orte mit der grössten Frequenz. Gewisse haben mich schon per Mail kontaktiert und ich habe darauf geantwortet. Für Fragen stehe ich selbstverständlich zu Verfügung. Ich hoffe auf einen Dialog.“
F’blog: Aber warum die „Bitte“ keine Flyer aufzulegen?
Beat Ursprung: Die Menge an Flyern ist derart gross, dass die Übersicht verloren geht und ein Chaos entsteht. Es hat auch Flyer darunter, die nichts mit der FHS zu tun haben und auch nicht themenverwandt sind. Die Problematik haben wir mit Regula Bolliger, Leiterin Koordination Gebäude/Infrastruktur und Monika Wohler, Fachbereichsleiterin Soziale Arbeit besprochen.“
F’blog: Aber ihr Vorgänger schien mit den Flyern keine Mühe gehabt zu haben…
Beat Ursprung: „Doch, doch. Ich habe mich mit Hans ausgetauscht und er hat sehr wohl erwähnt, dass die Menge an Flyern und Abfall über die Jahre zugenommen hat. Überall, auch in den Schulzimmern.“
F’blog: Ist es denn so schlimm mit dem Abfall?
Beat Ursprung: „Ich stelle fest, dass die Zeit für die Reinigung der Räume sehr knapp ist. Wir kommen fast nicht durch.“
F’blog: Wo sehen sie die Gründe dafür?
Beat Ursprung: „Die Anzahl an Studierenden hat über die letzten Jahre enorm zugenommen.(Tagblatt) Die Ansprüche an die Infrastruktur sind stetig gestiegen. An gewissen Tagen hat es kein einziges freies Zimmer mehr.“
F’blog: Braucht es darum mehr Disziplin?
Beat Ursprung: „Es braucht von den Einzelnen Verständnis für das Ganze. Bei der grossen Zahl an Menschen, die sich hier bewegen, entsteht sehr schnell, sehr viel Abfall. Mit den Schildern auf den Korpussen, den Zetteln auf den Sitzbänken und den “Spielregeln auf dem Alcangelände”, bitten wir um die Mithilfe, das Gelände sauber zu halten. Auf dem Areal hier in Rorschach hat man sehr viel Freiheit und die wollen wir nicht einschränken. Studierende dürfen Sitzbänke ruhig auf die Wiese stellen, solange sie zurückgestellt werden.“
F’blog: Wird es denn im neuen „FHS-Turm“ in St. Gallen strengere Regeln geben?
Beat Ursprung: „Und ob! Ein neues Gebäude und noch viel mehr Studierende…“
F’blog: Und wo sollen denn nun die Studierenden hier in Rorschach ihre Flyer platzieren können? Wohl nicht an den Pinnwänden ganz hinten im Gebäude?
Beat Ursprung: „Nein, ganz sicher nicht! Dort sieht sie niemand. Aus diesem Grund haben wir bereits neue Stellwände bestellt, die an den stark frequentierten Standorten aufgestellt werden. Die sollen thematisch markiert werden. Jobs, Wohnung, Ausgang, etc. Ebenfalls werden wir kleine Plastikmodule auf die Korpusse stellen, in welche die Flyer reingesteckt werden können. So hat jeder was davon. Die Studierenden den bestmöglichen Standort und wir etwas Ordnung.“

Geht es nun um den hohen Abfallberg? Oder wird mit den Kunststoffständern die Herr Ursprung aufstellen will weniger Abfall produziert? Der frequentierteste Ort der ganzen FHS ist sicherlich der schwarze Korpuss besonders während der Mittagszeit wo alle 300 Studenten darauf warten bis eine der 5 Mikrowellen frei wird
Aber Herr Ursprung scheint ja viele inovative Ideen auf Lager zu haben, ein Schild/Spielregel für jedes “Spiel”.

The response to national disaster is awesome but it’s a damn shame that so many citizens take advantage of the negative situations.
